What you will do

• Own the operational health and service delivery model for the engineering applications portfolio.
• Establish support processes, service expectations, and escalation paths for engineering platforms.
• Partner with Engineering and IT stakeholders to define priorities and manage application backlogs.
• Lead response coordination for major issues and drive root-cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Oversee lifecycle management including version planning, upgrades, and compatibility reviews.
• Lead and develop assigned engineering application resources through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or construction technology required.
• 7+ years of experience managing engineering/design applications in an AEC environment required.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with application lifecycle management, release planning, and operational support.
• Experience managing stakeholder priorities, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior people leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, scripting, or engineering platform customizations.
