What you will do

• Develop and own solution concepts of varying size and complexity based on customer business requirements.
• Lead data collection and analysis, evaluate customer data, define design criteria, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Plan solution resources and timelines while supporting opportunity qualification and decision-making.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to clarify objectives and align solution assumptions.
• Create reports, layouts, drawings, analytical outputs, and proposal content that communicate recommendations and business value.
• Track emerging technologies and operating strategies while contributing to continuous improvement and subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and automation.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations and material handling technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, concept development, and modern analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, judgment, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
