What you will do

• Schedule and prioritize orders through production cells; distribute schedules and shop orders to the appropriate cells.
• Review in-process defect sheets and maintain cell summary reporting; post quality and delivery data on cell boards.
• Monitor daily demand exception reports and adjust plans as needed; review and post service level results (daily/weekly/monthly) and take corrective actions.
• Handle shortage, rush, and special production issues; provide performance appraisal input to supervisors.
• Drive corrective actions for customer quality concerns (CQC) related to operator error; maintain takt time board integrity and accuracy.
• Support cell housekeeping and the 5S program; coordinate vacation schedules; prepare and file CS packages; ensure ISO and standard work compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical panel assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Aptitude for working from blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer orders.
• Comfort operating a computer keyboard.
