What you will do

• Bridge strategy, design, and engineering teams to translate complex experience designs into technical requirements.
• Lead the breakdown of page templates and modular components into functional specifications for headless CMS implementation.
• Architect and maintain the Jira ecosystem, ensuring backlog health, traceability, and alignment with release priorities.
• Define requirements for accessibility (WCAG), API integrations, and multi-market localization.
• Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to other business analysts on the project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise website launches.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Hands-on experience with headless/decoupled architectures and enterprise CMS platforms like Contentstack or Sitecore.
• Expertise in breaking down complex design systems into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
• Exceptional English communication skills required for global stakeholder management.
• Professional engineering license required if holding an engineering degree.

Nice to have

• Proven experience formally leading or managing other Business Analysts on large-scale digital programs.
