What you will do
- Bridge strategy, design, and engineering teams to translate complex experience designs into technical requirements.
- Lead the breakdown of page templates and modular components into functional specifications for headless CMS implementation.
- Architect and maintain the Jira ecosystem, ensuring backlog health, traceability, and alignment with release priorities.
- Define requirements for accessibility (WCAG), API integrations, and multi-market localization.
- Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to other business analysts on the project.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise website launches.
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Hands-on experience with headless/decoupled architectures and enterprise CMS platforms like Contentstack or Sitecore.
- Expertise in breaking down complex design systems into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
- Exceptional English communication skills required for global stakeholder management.
- Professional engineering license required if holding an engineering degree.
Nice to have
- Proven experience formally leading or managing other Business Analysts on large-scale digital programs.
