Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Delaware, Hawaii, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Puerto Rico). Up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $75,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Analyze customer acquisition, sales, engagement, and retention data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop production dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and business trends.
• Query and synthesize data from internal warehouses, CRM, and contact center platforms.
• Maintain sales and operational forecasts to support planning and budgeting.
• Conduct operational analysis across the member lifecycle to identify root causes and improvements.
• Build advanced Excel models for scenario planning and ad hoc business questions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business or data analyst, preferably in a subscription-based model.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Domo or Power BI.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analytical workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data requirements and actionable insights.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
