Location: Remote (US-based). Travel to team meetings is required as necessary.

What you will do

  • Drive master positioning and maintain consistent messaging frameworks across all product capabilities.
  • Translate product roadmaps and market context into actionable GTM strategies and audience-specific messaging.
  • Shape consumer-facing product copy, including feature names and transactional messaging, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
  • Synthesize market signals, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product and GTM decisions.
  • Own external product launch execution, including messaging, content deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Develop sales enablement collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support revenue and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B, fintech, or platform companies.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product inputs into clear GTM strategies.
  • Experience with consumer-facing product copy and managing commercial/legal constraints.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills to turn market data into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in the US and comfortable with occasional travel for team meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience in embedded technology, payments, insurance, or B2B2C models.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
  • Background in the experience economy, such as events, hospitality, or travel.
