What you will do

• Own market marketing strategy and annual planning to drive registrations, FTT, MAU, and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budget allocation and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, and Paid teams.
• Define market priorities and GTM (Go-To-Market) direction.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a proven track record of owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential with the ability to evolve into a Market Lead role.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or the broader tech industry.
