What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery in the Learner Experience pod: discovery, problem framing, production, iteration, and outcome measurement.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders (curriculum, operations, delivery) to identify root problems and define the right solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, decision records, and discovery conversations—not just implement code.
• Bring an AI-first approach: use AI tooling for prototyping and agentic coding to accelerate delivery.
• Maintain high engineering standards in the pod, including TDD and disciplined code review.
• Coach less experienced engineers and help evolve engineering practices as the pod model matures.

Requirements

• Strong frontend expertise with UX design capability to deliver a delightful learner experience.
• Comfort owning the full delivery lifecycle: problem framing, solution design, production, and iteration.
• Solid engineering fundamentals: test-driven development, code review culture, and a demonstrable commitment to quality.
• Active experience using AI-assisted development (prototyping and agentic coding) as an accelerant.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to shape requirements and communicate clearly in writing.
• Ability to run or contribute to discovery conversations and make good decisions under ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with React or Vue.
• Experience in edtech, regulated industries, or other complex domains.
• Back-end engineering knowledge.
