What you will do

• Build and maintain production-ready UI components that accurately reflect design intent.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to accelerate design-to-code execution and component iteration.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure design tokens and patterns are scalable and AI-friendly.
• Innovate tooling and integrations between Figma and engineering outputs using AI.
• Maintain high fidelity, accessibility, and inclusive design standards across all components.
• Create documentation and advocate for the effective adoption of the design system.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in front-end engineering, design engineering, or design systems.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building UI components in modern frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Expertise working with design tools like Figma and design token architecture.
• Strong interest or experience in AI-assisted design and development workflows.
• Deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
