What you will do

• Define and evolve frontend architecture patterns, including component design and state management.
• Lead the transition from server-rendered Rails views to modern Vue SPAs.
• Own and evolve the Design System to reduce development time and improve product consistency.
• Drive the adoption of WCAG-compliant accessibility practices across all frontend surfaces.
• Build shared libraries and integrate AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering velocity.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with other Staff-level leads to set long-term technical direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional frontend development experience, including Senior or Staff level roles.
• Deep expertise in Vue.js and TypeScript, including Composition API and advanced component patterns.
• Proven experience defining frontend architecture across multiple teams.
• Experience driving accessibility adoption (WCAG) at an organizational level.
• Strong product judgment with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Genuine interest in experimenting with and implementing AI-assisted development tools.
