What you will do

• Spearhead the development of innovative web strategies for Customer/Partner Onboarding and Operations products.
• Build reliable, scalable, and performant user experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern tools.
• Define a scalable front-end architecture and encourage best practices across internal teams.
• Translate design and product manager problem statements into substantial tasks and deliver projects with data.
• Innovate, build, and maintain entire products/features that will be experienced by millions of customers.
• Drive best practices in engineering and operational excellence within an agile environment.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from tier 1 Engineering institutes.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in front-end development with expertise in React.js.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service-orientated architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, HTML, and CSS, including frameworks like SCSS, SASS, and LESS.
• Experience with Redux, Webpack, ES6 syntax, and data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts).
• Experience with enterprise-level B2B software, RESTful APIs, unit/integration testing, and performance optimization techniques.
