What you will do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to uncover user needs and design seamless storytelling experiences.
• Own the end-to-end design process across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to align teams around customer needs and business goals.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by creating scalable, consistent patterns.
• Champion accessible and inclusive design standards for a diverse global audience.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and drive product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflows.
• Proven track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch.
• Experience with cross-platform design (web, iOS, Android) and design systems.
• Strong background in leading user research and translating insights into product decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work 3x per week from the office.
