What you will do

• Define and scale the design organization's operating model, including systems, processes, rituals, and frameworks.
• Establish a cohesive design strategy to ensure a unified end-to-end user experience across multiple product lines.
• Build and evolve high-performing design systems and AI-enabled workflows to improve quality and delivery speed.
• Lead cross-product experience strategy and design governance to eliminate fragmentation in user journeys.
• Drive talent development, career progression, and cultural standards across the design organization.
• Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to influence strategic decisions and advocate for user-centric outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling design organizations within complex, multi-product digital platforms.
• Strong background in design operations, systems thinking, and organizational design strategy.
• Experience working at the executive level, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• High level of craft expertise in product design, UX, and design systems.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled tools and workflows into modern design processes.
• Must be based in Canada.
