What you will do

• Lead the preparation phase for replacing global network monitoring platforms.
• Coordinate business and technical requirements across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Manage RFP activities, vendor evaluations, and governance reviews.
• Produce implementation roadmaps, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Oversee standardization and onboarding of enterprise network inventory within ServiceNow CMDB.
• Coordinate integration activities between Aruba Central, MuleSoft, and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven experience in infrastructure, network, or ServiceNow environments.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB and PPM modules.
• Experience with vendor management and RFP processes.
• English: C1 fluent required.
• Italian: C1 fluent required.
