What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Drive automation across infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and OT environments.
• Manage OT security projects, including Claroty, Trellix, and infrastructure remediation.
• Coordinate integration with ServiceNow, CMDB, IAM, and monitoring solutions.
• Oversee project governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ensure alignment with IT security policies and GxP requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience in infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of leading automation or platform implementation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networking, and identity management.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, or CMDB.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and OT environments.
• Background in regulated industries, specifically Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
