What you will do

• Bridge the gap between data scientists, economists, and domain experts to ensure methodological rigor.
• Design and implement quantitative analyses focusing on predictive analytics and causal design for global health.
• Apply machine learning and AI approaches to real-world datasets, including satellite and geospatial data.
• Develop and maintain analytical workflows using Python and R.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable policy recommendations for international stakeholders.
• Mentor junior researchers and manage multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Public Policy, or Global Health (or Master's with 5+ years of experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting quantitative research in policy-relevant domains.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Extensive experience with Python and R; working knowledge of Stata.
• Proven track record in forecasting, geospatial analysis, or LLM models.
• Experience in business development and engaging with government or philanthropic clients.
