Salary: $136,000-168,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow three direct reports while fostering the professional development of the entire Data Science team.
• Write and optimize R, Python, or SQL scripts for complex data processing and manipulation.
• Leverage machine learning and statistical skills to inform data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
• Collect and aggregate data from multiple sources to create clear visualizations and comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of coding experience, including at least 2 years specifically in R or Python.
• 1+ years of experience in people management or mentorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field (Master's/PhD preferred).
• Advanced coding proficiency in Python or R.

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge of Statistics and Marketing.
• Experience with advanced data visualization techniques.
