hirify.global is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing to drive brand strategy and execution for Match.

What you will do

  • Develop Match’s brand strategy, positioning, and annual narrative across campaigns, launches, and member touchpoints.
  • Define consumer truth for adults 45+ and write insight-driven briefs that align teams on audience, problem, and story.
  • Lead integrated marketing programs spanning brand campaigns, product launches, and PR moments; brief and steward creative, social, PR, and external agencies.
  • Partner with product to shape roadmap storytelling and ensure features launch as meaningful brand moments.
  • Manage brand performance with a general-manager mindset by tracking KPIs, brand health, and campaign results to improve future strategy.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine investment, improve acquisition efficiency, and drive long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, integrated marketing, or product marketing.
  • Experience leading large-scale campaigns from strategy through execution, with strong judgment across creative, channel, and audience decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership partnering with product, creative, insights, media, PR, and growth.
  • Ability to translate consumer insight into differentiated brand strategy, briefs, and integrated marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical rigor and comfort managing multiple workstreams with ownership in a dynamic environment.
