Clinical Strategy Associate Director (Medical Education)

What you will do

• Research clinical issues, literature, practice guidelines, therapies, devices, and key opinion leaders in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Identify knowledge, competence, and performance gaps and develop educational strategies for CME grant proposals.
• Develop CME plans aligned with educational needs and potential funding opportunities.
• Prepare grant proposal materials, presentations, documents, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with clinical strategists, business development colleagues, content teams, and external medical subject matter experts.
• Review educational outcomes data and help prepare posters, abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, a related clinical or life sciences field, or an RN credential with relevant clinical experience.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience and the ability to apply clinical evidence to educational needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn new therapeutic areas, conduct literature searches, and summarize clinical evidence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, including shared networks and cloud-based systems.
• Ability to work weekends and travel approximately 40% for project assignments.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MS, MSN, PharmD, PhD, or MD.
• Experience in medical or clinical education, patient education, staff training, or precepting.
• Experience with Box, ReadCube, SharePoint, EndNote, or Tableau.
