Programme Manager (Carbon Capture)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the planning and project controls team for the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme.
• Own and maintain integrated project programmes in Primavera P6 across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage programme performance, critical path analysis, forecasting, progress reporting, and recovery planning.
• Provide schedule assurance, risk analysis, and strategic planning support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and construction teams.
• Act as the principal planning interface with Eni and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Planning Manager or Programme Manager role.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure, energy, utilities, oil and gas, or EPC projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience and a strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, risk management, and programme governance.
• Experience leading planning teams on complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Professional accreditation such as APM, PMI, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience with carbon capture, hydrogen, pipeline, or energy transition projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and EPC contract environments.
