Senior Workflow Engineer (Palantir Foundry)

What you will do

• Own the enterprise data and application roadmap from discovery and prioritization to implementation and adoption.
• Design and implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and workflow automation.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into durable technical solutions by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage canonical data models, ontologies, and RBAC access frameworks to ensure secure, self-service data use.
• Integrate operational, infrastructure, commercial, and financial systems into a unified data fabric.
• Contribute to the internal Palantir Center of Excellence by developing platform standards and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, workflow engineering, or enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with experience in Git-based development.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions in Palantir Foundry.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted production-quality systems.
• Strong communication skills to operate effectively across all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executives.
