What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and products based on customer and business requirements.
• Create and modify 3D models, technical drawings, product specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Evaluate design concepts and recommend solutions based on functionality, manufacturability, and performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project management teams throughout product development.
• Plan project activities, coordinate engineering deliverables, and support customer timelines.
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks or comparable software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with thermal analysis and electromagnetic simulation tools such as ANSYS.
• Experience in the automotive or industrial sector and knowledge of magnetic field applications.
• Familiarity with IATF automotive quality standards and ATEX requirements.
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
