PWM Lending Attorney Vice President (Legal)

Salary: USD 170,000 - 270,000

What you will do

• Provide legal support to the private lending business, including unsecured and securities-based loans.
• Advise on commercial real estate, art loans, and other unique asset-based lending for private wealth clients.
• Draft legal documentation and collaborate with outside counsel.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure policies and procedures are adopted in connection with these changes.
• Assist compliance teams with regulatory reviews of the private banking business.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience advising lenders or borrowers.
• Proven expertise in loan products such as unsecured loans, securities-based lending, and commercial real estate financing.
• Strong understanding of relevant banking regulations.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
