Salary: $99,750 – $133,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead the service delivery functions and technical teams for identity management and workplace endpoint security solutions.
• Implement Microsoft Security projects, including upgrades, configurations, and security policy design using M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
• Mentor and develop consultants and engineers on technical and soft skills required for success.
• Act as a technical authority and subject matter expert (SME) for high-visibility customer-facing engagements.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to support detailed, actionable Statements of Work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate certifications.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
