What you will do

• Support and manage existing security technologies including CrowdStrike, Netskope, and Semperis.
• Execute security initiatives and enterprise projects, performing proof of technology/concept (PoC) asks.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain new security controls and capabilities into existing platforms.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support team for major incident management and consultation.
• Operationalize projects by developing RACI documents and educating BAU teams.
• Document and maintain cybersecurity playbooks, policies, and knowledge base articles for CSIRT processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (in-country work-from-home).
• 3+ years of experience in the information security field and general IT.
• Experience with Endpoint Security Solutions such as CrowdStrike, Netskope, or Semperis.
• Experience designing secure networks and endpoint systems.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux based operating systems.
• University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Professional designations in IT security (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA, GIAC, AWS, or CompTIA).
