Salary: $120,336 - $171,908 CAD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing cybersecurity team.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, monitoring, and incident response.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to integrate security into key decisions and processes.
• Advance security capabilities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Support compliance with regulatory, audit, privacy, and industry security requirements.
• Translate technical cybersecurity risks into meaningful business insights for executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) is mandatory.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship status.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present to executives or Boards.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government sectors.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and cybersecurity considerations related to AI.
