What you will do

• Develop and execute engaging social media content for Gen Z audiences across X, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Assist in designing and implementing growth strategies to increase follower count and drive traffic to owned channels.
• Co-manage community engagement efforts, fostering positive interactions and monitoring social sentiment.
• Collaborate with the broader hirify.global Marketing organization and integrated agencies to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program with a graduation date at least 3 months after the co-op ends.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the term without requiring sponsorship.
• Ability to work in the Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Available for an 8-month co-op term from September 2026 to April 2027 (40 hours per week).
• Proven ability to create compelling written, visual, or short-form video content.
• Deep understanding of current Gen Z trends, platforms, and digital culture.
