What you will do

• Provide on-site end-user support, telecom installation, programming, and repairs across various systems.
• Resolve Tier 2 incidents and service requests related to End User Devices (EUD).
• Manage account administration and Local Registration Authority (LRA) support.
• Provide specialized support for VIPs, mobile devices, and printers.
• Perform asset management for on-site devices.
• Plan and lead major assignments, evaluating performance results to recommend growth and success improvements.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices
• Security Clearance is required (interim level at a minimum)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• IT education preferred
