Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own client-facing reporting and analytics work across onboarding, implementation, ongoing delivery, and strategic planning.
• Translate business questions into KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and analytics specifications.
• Perform data validation, source-of-truth reconciliation, KPI mapping, and BI/reporting setup within analytics platforms like Salve SOL and Snowflake.
• Investigate discrepancies across ERP, POS, ecommerce, and compliance systems to identify root causes and restore trust in reporting.
• Build and maintain client-specific reporting documentation, metric definitions, and data runbooks.
• Support QA and validation efforts for integrations by confirming downstream reporting accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Must be located within 2 hours of US Eastern Time with reliable EST business hours overlap.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing video calls.
• 5+ years experience in analytics, BI, solutions consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Strong analytical instincts with experience reconciling and validating business-critical metrics across operational systems.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Omni, Sigma, Looker, Metabase, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Self-directed, highly accountable, and able to operate without heavy oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, nicotine, alcohol, or pharma.
• Familiarity with ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, ecommerce, retail operations, or compliance systems.
