What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, validate, maintain, and support telemetry reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, Grafana dashboards, semantic models, and analytics components for actionable operational and business insights.
• Develop and optimize Azure Data Explorer/Kusto queries, functions, data models, and supporting datasets (including scheduled/materialized/snapshot tables).
• Integrate enterprise data sources and implement SQL, ETL/data pipelines, and data pipeline troubleshooting for reporting and analytics.
• Create automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, C#, or similar languages to streamline operational tasks.
• Validate data quality, business logic, report accuracy, and dashboard performance; monitor and resolve production issues and refresh failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, including Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and Grafana (or similar reporting platforms).
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including SQL, ETL/data pipelines, data modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with automation/scripting/application development using Python, PowerShell, C#, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing Kusto/ADX queries or comparable large-scale analytics/query platforms.
• Experience validating report accuracy, business logic, data quality, and production refresh processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar work item tracking/delivery tools) and strong documentation/collaboration skills.
