What you will do

• Design and support V&V plans for complex system-level features and platform capabilities.
• Execute manual and automated testing on HIL benches to meet product delivery goals.
• Develop and automate test execution and reporting using proprietary frameworks.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and hardware engineers to achieve test objectives.
• Triage and debug complex hardware and software issues on test benches.
• Lead integration initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, CS, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's + 2 years / PhD).
• Proven experience in Python programming and designing test procedures.
• Track record of executing complex tests in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments.
• Experience prototyping and testing complex robotic systems such as autonomous vehicles.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM tools for accelerated test development.
• Proficiency in bash scripting and C++ programming.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Jama.
