What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise-level QE and automation strategy for subscription platforms.
• Architect scalable automation frameworks across web, mobile, console, and connected devices.
• Integrate AI-assisted quality engineering solutions into daily development workflows.
• Build observability dashboards and metrics to improve release health and platform reliability.
• Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to promote shift-left testing.
• Mentor SDETs and QE engineers on automation best practices and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test or Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience with XCUITest, Appium, Selenium, and API automation frameworks.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered QE tooling or developer productivity tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tooling.
• Experience testing streaming, media playback, or cloud gaming applications.

Nice to have

• Experience testing commerce, payment systems, or entitlement services.
• Familiarity with React Native or cross-platform frameworks.
• Exposure to performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Experience with accessibility (a11y) and localization (l10n) testing.
