What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of AI specialists, data professionals, engineers, and scientists.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Drive predictable and sustainable delivery using Agile and Lean frameworks across multiple time zones.
• Oversee the development and production deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning and agentic workflows.
• Establish management systems and delivery processes to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard top talent to align with long-term strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Software Engineering.
• Experience delivering Data and AI solutions in production environments.
• Must be based in Brazil or Mexico to lead teams across the Americas and Europe.
• Proficiency in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks and MLOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience leading other managers or team leads.
• Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience scaling organizations through growth and transformation periods.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders in globally distributed organizations.
