Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, product marketing, and digital channels.
- Build and scale a predictable lead generation engine focused on MQL to revenue conversion.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the competitive healthcare IT landscape.
- Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to execute account-based marketing (ABM) and GTM strategies.
- Establish KPI dashboards and performance reporting to drive data-driven decision-making and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Strong experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or healthcare IT.
- Deep knowledge of B2B buyer behavior, digital engagement, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven success in brand repositioning and supporting organizational growth.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing platforms and advanced analytics tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cvent.
- Strong background in executive thought leadership and social media strategy.
