What you will do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for MV switchgear and electrical infrastructure.
• Manage projects from award through to completion, including resource planning and budgeting.
• Conduct site surveys and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage stakeholder relationships through progress meetings and updates.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover activities to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Manage commercial performance, including variations, cost control, and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MV Project Manager, Electrical Estimator, or a combined role.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV electrical distribution systems and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.
• Experience delivering projects in utilities, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre sectors.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.

Nice to have

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications such as SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, and/or ECS/CSCS.
• Knowledge of control systems and automation.
