Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (Office presence required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and advocate for a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers.
• Manage critical enterprise integrations including SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM, and audit logging.
• Oversee the confidential computing platform using AWS Nitro Enclaves for zero-knowledge encryption.
• Drive the application of AI and LLMs within security-sensitive environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver features that directly impact enterprise revenue and retention.
• Recruit new software engineers and enhance the company's technical visibility in the Paris community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in people and project management.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience scaling companies from 100 to 500 employees.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or a similar field.
• Active use of AI tools in the SDLC and a strong interest in cybersecurity.
