What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and execute growth, financial, and quality goals.
• Optimize production flow, repeatability, and cost performance using manufacturing and process engineering.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, standard work, and best-practice sharing.
• Develop and track KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Holland, Michigan.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or a comparable environment.
• Prior experience as a Manufacturing, Process, or Industrial Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or business; engineering degree highly desirable.
• Proven success in process improvement, cost reduction, and increasing throughput.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (5S, Kaizen, FMEA), and root-cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).
• Experience in low- to mid-volume/high-mix electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
