What you will do

• Execute social media strategy for US and UK audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Translate business priorities into engaging content and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Produce a variety of content formats, including short-form videos, educational legal content, and founder stories.
• Script, film, and edit high-quality video content, directing founders and team members on camera.
• Design social graphics, carousels, and motion assets ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement and content performance to optimize strategy through lightweight experiments.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing.
• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content and owning both strategy and execution.
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to manage a content pipeline autonomously with strong storytelling instincts.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid schedule (3 days per week on-site).
