Location: Hybrid (London) - 3 days per week on-site

What you will do
- Execute social media strategy for US and UK audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Translate business priorities into engaging content and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Produce a variety of content formats, including short-form videos, educational legal content, and founder stories.
- Script, film, and edit high-quality video content, directing founders and team members on camera.
- Design social graphics, carousels, and motion assets ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor engagement and content performance to optimize strategy through lightweight experiments.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content and owning both strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage a content pipeline autonomously with strong storytelling instincts.
- Must be based in London to support a hybrid schedule (3 days per week on-site).
