What you will do

• Own and control social platform feeds, including content pillars, formats, and posting calendars to ensure consistent output.
• Lead a production pod of creators, providing briefs, references, and analytics-driven feedback to optimize performance.
• Develop and execute monthly and annual strategic plans in collaboration with the Head of Content.
• Coordinate with the art director and growth teams to integrate social strategies into broader campaigns and ad accounts.
• Manage the community by handling DMs/comments and surfacing customer insights to product and support teams.
• Oversee pod production budgets and manage freelance hires as required.

Requirements

• Strong social media instinct and the ability to identify high-performing hooks and angles.
• High level of organization to manage multiple moving pieces and production timelines.
• Ability to analyze platform metrics to iterate and improve content quality.
• Deep immersion in internet culture and a strong sense of ownership.
• Must be based in London, UK for on-site work.
