AI Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

AI Engineer (Fintech): Designing, building, and scaling AI solutions for a leading Nordic financial group with an accent on Agentic and Generative AI. Focus on moving PoCs to production, implementing RAG and LLM architectures, and integrating AI with enterprise cloud systems.

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (1 day per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Develop and scale end-to-end AI applications from concept to production.
• Build Agentic and Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, MCP, and A2A.
• Integrate AI systems with vector databases, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Prototype new AI tools and validate use cases through PoCs.
• Deploy and monitor solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Mentor team members and promote ethical and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying Machine Learning/AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python skills and experience developing scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and AI/ML system design.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
