What you will do

• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain custom data models using Sheets/Excel and reporting tools.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic leadership.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to improve team strategy.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior staff and new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in managing ROI-focused digital media campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Strong analytical skills and technical competency in data-driven decision making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload across multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce and lead generation programs.
• Experience with Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
