What you will do

• Own the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, from supplier onboarding to shipment tracking and product availability.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues in partnership with freight providers and internal warehouse operations.
• Monitor and evaluate supply chain KPIs (OTIF, OTP) and implement structural improvement plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects to resolve systemic bottlenecks using AI and automation.
• Build and manage strategic long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work from the Munich office according to the hybrid policy.
