What you will do

• Support stock replenishment processes and handle slow-moving items in collaboration with suppliers
• Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, assortment potential, and promotional activities
• Improve procurement and assortment management processes to increase operational efficiency
• Analyze assortment performance and derive optimization measures based on buying and procurement KPIs

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Solid MS Excel skills
• English: Fluent (C1) skills, both written and spoken
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany

Nice to have

• First experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
