Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands (2 office days required)

Salary: ~€33,600 gross per year plus variable

What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new private landlords through cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, educating landlords on product features until their first booking.
• Handle complex objections and build long-term professional partnerships with property owners.
• Optimize landlord occupancy and revenue through product training and data-driven city strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to provide actionable feedback on the user journey.
• Implement AI and automation to improve internal processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Native Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
• Proven experience or comfort with high-volume cold calling and pipeline management.
• Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities via data.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
