What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experimentation operating system, including governance, standards, lifecycle, and quality controls.
• Define and enforce experimentation standards for design, metric selection, and statistical validity.
• Drive experimentation velocity and coverage across all product surfaces.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align on priorities and resolve system-level issues.
• Scale experimentation literacy across the organization to reduce dependency on central support.
• Ensure metadata integrity so that results are comparable, auditable, and usable for decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science, experimentation, or product analytics in a product-led organization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistical experimentation, and causal inference.
• Proven ability to design and improve end-to-end experimentation systems and governance.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data organizations.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Krakow, Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS experimentation tools such as Statsig, Eppo, or Growthbook.
• Background in high-scale product environments like marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel platforms.
• Experience driving experimentation adoption across multiple product teams or brands.
