Location: Remote (USA). Option for hybrid work from offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Lisbon. Work schedule aligned with EU time zones.
Salary: Annual OTE up to $185,000 (Poland: 24,000–29,000 PLN gross/month)

What you will do
- Design and deploy GTM models including LTV forecasting, attribution, and propensity models
- Partner with GTM teams to design and analyze A/B tests and causal inference experiments
- Execute complex analytical deep dives to discover latent user behavior and root causes of metric changes
- Define and govern a unified KPI framework mapping GTM activities to business outcomes
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and develop reusable predictive assets
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics
- B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R (Scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy) and expert-level SQL
- Proven experience building and validating production-ready ML models for business applications
- Practical application of Causal Inference methods and statistical methodologies for A/B testing
- Based in the USA or capable of aligning with EU time zones
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Domain expertise in SaaS supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
