Location: Must be based in Lodz, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Design and deploy ML solutions to detect and validate map quality issues.
• Define data analysis and model evaluation standards using advanced metrics.
• Lead the productionization of models and optimize data pipelines.
• Build end-to-end automated workflows to minimize manual resolution processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure production-ready solution quality.
• Mentor less experienced scientists and coordinate data science initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science or applied science roles.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, model selection, and dimensionality reduction.
• Excellent Python skills and experience with large-scale data processing like Spark.
• Proven experience in building and deploying ML solutions in production.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial or road network data.
• Familiarity with ML experimentation and monitoring tools like MLflow or Databricks.
