Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 base + commissions

What you will do
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through revenue growth in existing and newly converted accounts.
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates for forecasting and pipeline health.
- Identify and convert organizations using supported products who are not yet utilizing company services.
- Develop mutual success plans with clients to align services with their strategic business objectives.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations to uncover client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with Client Experience, Account Management, and Solution Engineering teams to ensure smooth internal handoffs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of quota achievement and driving growth in both existing and new accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other SaaS business applications.
- Must be based in the United States.
