Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and willing to work from the Utrecht office at least two days per week.
Salary: €100,000–€120,000 per year.

What you will do
- Drive the Marketplaces roadmap by balancing overall company strategy with domain-specific opportunities.
- Mentor and coach team leads to foster growth and excellence within their respective teams.
- Define and measure success metrics for both the domain and individual team performance.
- Implement and maintain high engineering standards and lean development practices.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- Must be located in the Netherlands.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading team leads or senior engineers.
- Strong background as a software engineer with a deep understanding of high-quality software trade-offs.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
