What you will do

• Drive the Marketplaces roadmap by balancing overall company strategy with domain-specific opportunities.
• Mentor and coach team leads to foster growth and excellence within their respective teams.
• Define and measure success metrics for both the domain and individual team performance.
• Implement and maintain high engineering standards and lean development practices.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Must be located in the Netherlands.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading team leads or senior engineers.
• Strong background as a software engineer with a deep understanding of high-quality software trade-offs.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
