What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 10-15 technicians and logistics professionals to ensure high-quality tool repair and maintenance.
• Oversee internal tool repair processes, including technical assessments and coordinating repairs with internal users and external suppliers.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules, including calibration and certification, to ensure tool compliance and safety.
• Maintain a proactive stock of spare parts based on breakdown history and lead times to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the tool lifecycle to increase availability and decrease repair costs.
• Execute daily and tactical performance management, focusing on quality, cost, and a proactive safety mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master level degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordinating or leading position.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
• Proven experience as an empathic people manager, coach, and motivator.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Veldhoven, Netherlands, including regular visits to cleanrooms.
• Valid certificate of conduct (VOG) is required.
